Memphis Grand LLC Shipping Policy:
We appreciate you being a Memphis Grand Customer! In stock items are shipped out within 1-3 business days and are typically delivered in 2-3 business days in the United States depending on the destination. We use USPS, FedEX, and UPS depending on what is the best for all parties. Some items are shipped to you via a third party out of the manufacturer's warehouse and it generally takes 5-7 Business days before those ship out, and as always we will email you tracking information when it becomes available.

Shipping (Orders $51.00-$99.99): $9.00
Shipping (Orders $100.00 and up): $0.00 FREE!
Canada and Australia: We will email you with shipping charges after you place your order.
Memphis Grand LLC Exchanges:
We do not hold items for exchanges, so simply purchase the size or item you would like in a separate transaction and see below for the return policy. We will refund your money on the qualifying return when we receive it.
Memphis Grand LLC Return Policy:
We want you to be Happy with Your Memphis Grand Purchase! Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:
Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, with no makeup, perfume/cologne, deodorant, or stains and with original tags.
All footwear must be in it's original box, and placed inside another box for return. No labels or tape may be attached to the boot/shoe box.
All sales of merchandise that have been marked down (on sale/special) are final and non returnable.
Returned merchandise must be postmarked within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.
Should you return an item after this time frame, we can not accept it and you will be responsible for paying to have it returned to you.

You need to add tracking to your package, so you are able to verify delivery. Otherwise we are unable to guarantee the receipt of your merchandise.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
It is at the discretion of Memphis Grand to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition shows damage or has been used/worn.
All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
